Terms and conditions

Base template. It must be reviewed and completed by Parkeo before going live.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once payment is received. A space booked without payment is released automatically after 20 minutes.

2. Use of the space

The space is assigned for the period booked. Exceeding that time incurs an additional charge at the location's current rate.

3. Cancellations

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled from the user's account before the start time. The refund policy is set by Parkeo and communicated to the customer by email.

4. Liability

Parkeo is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Use of the facilities is subject to each location's rules.

5. Personal data

Your data (name, email, mobile, license plate) is used only to manage the booking and payment, in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law 29733.

6. Integrate your system

Parkeo exposes an API so third-party systems (building management, mobility apps, ERPs) can check availability and create bookings with their own access key. Request your credentials from the Parkeo administrator.
